Facility Expansion Notification

Specialty Manufacturing, Inc. (SMi) would like to inform you of a planned facility expansion project scheduled to begin in May 2026 at our 2210 Midland Road location in Saginaw, Michigan.
This addition is part of SMI's continued growth strategy to support future capacity, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance our ability to serve customer needs. The expansion will be completed in a manner that does not impact current validated manufacturing areas, existing processes, or product quality requirements. There will be no interruption to ongoing production activities or our ability to meet customer delivery schedules.
All current molding and manufacturing operations will remain unchanged during construction. The project scope focuses on additional space to support future operational needs while maintaining full compliance with our quality management system and applicable regulatory requirements.
This notification is informational only and does not constitute a process change or facility relocation. We are providing this notification in advance to meet customer communication expectations and to maintain transparency regarding facility updates.
